I had a quick stop over to this newly established strawberry farm in Ocampo, Camarines Sur noon time of Good Friday. It was off season and there were storm coming in to the province so they allow us to harvest some fruits to try. I haven't been to La Trinidad's famous strawberry farm so it was a pleasant surprise that there is one in my province. We are all aware that fruit like strawberry grows in a cold temperature, but a strawberry farm under the scorching heat of Camarines Sur? Wow, right? I will not be astonished if in the near future, they will be able to grow apples and grapes, which is very exciting.
What made me more even delighted about this agricultural innovation is it will surely benefits everyone in my province-- local farmers, entrepreneurs, tourist and curious local like me.

- The farm is quite far from the national highway so you would need to call the number above to get directions.
- You can also hire a tricycle to get there.
- Care takers are very polite.
- There is no entrance fee.
- They sell locally grown strawberry of different variety.
- Visit the farm in the morning or in the afternoon, never at 12 noon.
